Marc A. Hildenbrand, P.E. – Executive Director

Mr. Hildenbrand serves as the Executive Director of the River Ridge Development Authority. A licensed professional engineer with deep expertise in engineering and infrastructure planning, he guides the strategic growth and ongoing development of the River Ridge Commerce Center.

Greg Fifer – General Counsel

Mr. Fifer brings over 40 years of legal experience to his role at RRDA, where he ensures compliance, supports contract negotiations, and provides legal oversight on major transactions.

Wendy Dant Chesser, CEcD – Chief Director, Corporate Strategy & External Affairs

Ms. Chesser has extensive experience in regional leadership and leads RRDA’s external partnerships, strategic initiatives, and organizational development efforts. 

Josh Staten – Senior Director, Business Development & Real Estate

Mr. Staten leads real estate strategy and business recruitment, helping national and international companies find the right location at River Ridge.

Tom Vittitow – Senior Director, Projects & Planning

Mr. Vittitow manages internal project planning, land development coordination, and site execution.

Jeremy Nicheols – Director, Maintenance and Water Operations

Mr. Nicheols oversees infrastructure maintenance and water system operations at the Commerce Center, ensuring reliable, compliant utility services that support current tenants and long-term growth.

Michael Caruso – Director, Construction & GIS

Mr. Caruso oversees construction activity and GIS mapping to support planning, permitting, and infrastructure execution.

Eric Lauer – Engineer Project Manager

Mr. Lauer oversees all engineering and infrastructure planning and assists with capital projects, engineering assessments, and site utility coordination.

Reneé Tarpley Wyman, CGMP – Director, Administration & Special Projects

Ms. Wyman oversees internal operations and cross-departmental projects, with a focus on process improvement and organizational efficiency.

Robin Kirchoff – Marketing/Projects Coordinator

Ms. Kirchoff coordinates marketing efforts and project support, while also managing Urban Enterprise Zone ("UEZ") activities and incentive program compliance.

Abigail Prewitt – Digital Marketing

Ms. Prewitt manages digital outreach, content creation, and public communications across all web and social platforms, and also supports in-person engagement.

Billieann Durrett – Director of Finance

Ms. Durrett oversees budgeting, audit readiness, and financial reporting for the RRDA.

Jill Oca – Staff Accountant

Ms. Oca provides financial tracking, reporting, and internal controls support.

Stacey Whaley – Administrative Assistant

Ms. Whaley provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
