Submission Guidelines

All proposals and bids must comply with RRDA procurement standards and deadlines. Submission packets typically include:

  • Bid Form – Signed and Executed
  • Itemized Proposal
  • Required Bid security in the form of certified check or bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount
  • Contractor’s Bid for Public Work, Form 96 – Signed and Executed, with supporting documentation
  • Contractor’s Financial Statement, including the Additional Financial Information specified in the Instruction to Bidders
  • Certificate of Qualifications to provide Construction Services for Public Works Projects to the State of Indiana
  • List of Proposed Subcontractors
  • List of Bidder Experience on Similar Projects
  • Proof of Insurance
  • Contractor’s Employee Drug Testing Plan in accordance with Indiana Code 4-13-18-6 (2023)
